The Campus Pastor leads the Cedar Falls Prairie Lakes Church (PLC) campus and is responsible for the campus growth, health, and alignment with PLC overall direction, vision, and DNA.

The Early Childhood Coordinator will be the primary developer of leaders for the early childhood ministry (birth – 5 years old) at Prairie Lakes Church in Cedar Falls. They will coordinate all programming and produce activities and events involving early childhood at the Cedar Falls Campus. 

The High School Coordinator will serve as the primary leader for the Wednesday night high school ministry at the Cedar Falls Campus. They will develop volunteers, serve as the primary communicator, coordinate all programming and production activities, and oversee all events involving high school age students.

The Guest Services Coordinator leads all weekend aspects of the guest experience at the Cedar Falls Campus. This position recruits and develops Guest Services teams—including Greeters, Ushers, Parking, Children’s Check-In, and Café volunteers—and coordinates paid, on-site security. This role champions hospitality, connection, and environmental excellence.  

The Worship and Production Coordinator is responsible for managing and executing all of the technical and artistic elements for the weekend services and special events at the New Hampton Campus and will lead and implement technical elements to ensure and promote the excellence of the musical elements of the services. 

The Family Ministry Coordinator will cast a compelling vision for healthy families at the Fort Dodge Campus and manage the staff, structures and strategies that support the vision.

The Campus Coordinator will cast the vision for and communicate the PLC Children’s Ministry philosophy of ministry at the Osage Campus and implement the structure and strategy in support of the vision and philosophy, birth through 5th grade. The Campus Coordinator is also responsible for providing professional administrative and clerical support at the Osage Campus.

Join as a resident for the 2023-2024 year! Expect to invest 40 hours per week during the program and receive a stipend of $2000 per month. Education Majors: Gain experience in curriculum delivery! Preschool curriculum is prepared ahead of time for you with objectives, lessons and follow-up activities. Elementary curriculum has flexible options to customize lessons and activities.

Paid childcare providers will care for children ages infant to preschool. Caregivers will be responsible for assisting the children in a lesson, snack time and play time. Hours are Thursdays 8:15-10:45 a.m. during the school year.

The Childcare Coordinator is responsible for hiring, scheduling and supervising paid childcare workers for women’s ministry programs at the Cedar Falls Campus, as well as occasional programming throughout the year such as Membership Summits and On-Campus Groups.

The One-on-One Assistant is responsible for assisting special needs children during children’s ministry activities.  

The Campus Coordinator is responsible for providing professional administrative and clerical support to the Fort Dodge Campus. This role establishes and maintains efficient administrative services, creating a responsive, service-oriented environment. The Campus Coordinator also supervises and supports various staff and ministries, including but not limited to Custodial and Guest Services.

The Facilities Director will oversee the proper maintenance and use of the Cedar Falls Campus building and support the ministry of Prairie Lakes Church by managing facility needs, staff, and volunteers.
